From a distance,
you see the whole.

Vors helps companies connect sales, websites and systems when work gets stuck between them.

From the inside, the nearest obstacle often fills your view.

Everyone works on their part.

Marketing handles campaigns. Sales handles enquiries. Suppliers handle the brief.

Day-to-day operations make the connections harder to see.

An outside view connects the pieces.

We compare your team’s perspectives with the customer’s journey and what the data shows.

That helps us look for the point where work really gets stuck.

Then we find a way forward.

I’m Martin Trnka. I have worked with websites and e-commerce since 2007.

I help decide what to change, in which order and who will do it. I can also lead implementation by agreement.

When distance helps

Enquiries arrive. Sales stalls.

Campaigns bring people in and the form works, but nobody is sure who takes over the contact or what happens next. We trace the path through to the next sales step.

You have numbers, but no decision.

Marketing, the website and sales show different results. We clarify what the numbers mean, what is missing and which decision you need them to support.

Change is stuck between suppliers.

One is waiting for a brief, another for access, a third for approval. I help establish the order of work, responsibilities and how you will check the completed change.

Four parts of one whole

When an enquiry gets lost between the website and sales, the cause could be the copy, the form or the handover. We connect the customer’s perspective with how your business actually works.

One client website and two projects of my own. Each shows how an offer, content and a working website can fit a different situation.

Experience before Vors.

I am Martin Trnka. Before founding Vors, I led digital product development, developed online services and ran my own online shop. These selected examples are shared without company names.

Leading product development

I defined the scope of initial product versions, planned the team’s work and connected developers with the people commissioning the product.

Developing an online service

I set the direction for an online platform. I evaluated changes to the user journey through visitor behaviour and comparisons between variants.

Websites that generate enquiries

I worked on the visitor’s path to submitting an enquiry, compared variants and checked functionality when the website changed.

Running my own online shop

I built and ran an online shop myself: the website, product range and pricing, suppliers and marketing, through to fulfilment, customer support and returns.

From identifying the problem to delivery

We choose the way of working around what you need: a clear decision, someone to lead the work, a specific change or a second perspective for your team. For a company website, a Pilot means a new Website Build or a Website Reset of the existing site. Care and further development are agreed after launch.

Diagnostic

You need to know what is worth changing.

I bring findings from the website, source material and conversations into a recommended priority and a plan your team or supplier can use.

Delivery management

You know what needs doing, but work has stalled.

I clarify the brief, coordinate the team and suppliers, and lead the agreed change through checking and handover.

How delivery management works

Pilot

One specific change, from brief to handover.

A business website or automation of repetitive work, for example. You know the scope, required inputs and completion criteria before work starts.

Ongoing consultations

You have a team. You want a second perspective on decisions.

We review a supplier proposal, work plan or results. You receive a recommendation with the reasons behind it and questions still worth checking.

What Vors saw

How does a list of problems become an order of work? How do you separate evidence from assumptions? These earlier examples show how I approach problems and prepare decisions.

These anonymised historical examples show plans and material prepared. They do not establish whether the client accepted or implemented the proposal, or what commercial outcome followed.
