About Vors

Outside the daily rush.
Close to
the work.

I’m Martin Trnka. I have worked with websites and e-commerce since 2007. I have led digital product development, developed online services and built and run my own online shop. Vors draws on that experience.

01

Why an external perspective

Your team knows the customers, the product and daily constraints. My role is to listen to that experience and examine the same situation across sales, marketing, the website and systems.

I also question steps that have become routine. Why is this information copied by hand? Who takes over the enquiry? What should the new website solve? The cause may emerge between those separate parts.

02

From question to delivery

In product development, I clarified briefs, planned work and connected developers with stakeholders. In online services, I worked on visitor behaviour and the path to submitting an enquiry.

Running my own online shop put me on the other side of those decisions: suppliers, pricing, marketing, fulfilment, support and complaints. When proposing a change, I also consider who will use it every day and what they will need after handover.

03

Direct collaboration

From the first conversation, you work directly with me. Depending on our agreement, I prepare the information needed for a decision, write a brief, lead suppliers or build a specific solution.

If the work needs another specialist, we agree their role and terms up front. If you already have a clear brief and only need that specialist’s expertise, we can identify that option too.

Work you can see

Aďa Fitness is a client website. SupplyFolio is my own project and bNegative is my own brand. You can open them and explore their content, design and functionality.

Earlier experience is anonymised. It describes my role and work prepared; I do not present it as endorsements from new Vors clients or as evidence of undocumented commercial results.
