PURCHASE JOURNEY DIAGNOSTIC

What to fix
in your store
first.

More ideas for improvements than clarity about where to start? I review one purchase journey on mobile and desktop. You receive a recommended first change and a brief for your team or supplier.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE

A brief you can
put to work.

  1. A decision summary

Where to start, why and what to set aside for now. If the evidence is insufficient, I identify the check needed first.

  2. Findings with evidence

Up to five main findings, ordered by priority. Each includes a visible example or supporting material and separates facts from assumptions.

  3. A brief for one change

What your team or supplier needs to do and how to check the result. Or a measurement brief if more evidence is needed first.

WHAT WE REVIEW

One journey.
Agreed scope.

One online store, one language and one type of purchase. Up to five page or step types.

For example, from a product through the basket to the last available step before payment. On desktop and mobile, without placing a real order or making a payment.

No reliable data?

We can still review clarity and observable behaviour. That review cannot determine abandonment rates or lost revenue. If you have data, I include one agreed aggregate report or export for one period.

  1. Agree the question

Before you order, we agree price, scope and terms. A 30-minute intake call adds context and confirms the journey to review.

  2. Review the journey

I examine the agreed steps and available materials. I prepare the findings, their priorities and one brief for the next piece of work.

  3. Hand over the recommendation

We go through the written deliverable in a 45-minute online call. One consolidated round of questions about that deliverable follows.

Where the diagnostic ends

Implementation, a new design, customer research and analytics changes are separate work. Other markets or purchase journeys require a new agreement.

The result is an evidence-backed decision about the next step. Increased sales cannot be promised in advance.

HOW TO START

What are you
weighing up?

Send me your store’s address and briefly describe the decision you need to make. I will confirm whether the question fits this scope and which materials I need.

The first contact is non-binding. Analysis begins only after we agree an order.
