Website renewal / Website Reset

Your business already works. Now it needs a website that matches it.

Your website may have been put together quickly or no longer reflect where the business is today. Vors renews it so customers can understand what you offer, who it is for and how to contact you. Scope and timing are agreed around your needs.

01 / For whom

The company has customers. Its website does not yet reflect that.

Website Reset is for smaller established businesses in Slovakia and Czechia whose existing website no longer meets their needs. If you do not have a website yet, Website Build covers creating one from the start.

It fits if

  • customers already buy your main service,
  • you know who you want to reach and how you help them,
  • your website was put together quickly or no longer reflects your work,
  • one person can make the final decision,
  • you can provide and approve information on the agreed schedule.

It is not for you if

  • you are still testing the business idea or changing the offer often,
  • you need an online store, customer portal or application,
  • you have a large website and need to move a lot of content without losing search traffic,
  • you want to rebuild the whole brand alongside the website,
  • no one in the company has the final word,
  • you want to keep adding requirements without changing the price or deadline.

02 / What changes

The website should explain the company quickly.

Within seconds, a visitor should understand what you do, who it is for, why they should trust you and what to do next.

First we decide what the customer needs to know and in what order. Only then do we work on pages, appearance and technology.

03 / What you receive

An agreed scope from the first conversation to publication.

Before we start, you know exactly what is included, who supplies what and when the website will be ready.

01

A clear offer

We define the main customer, what you offer and the next step the website should lead them towards.

02

Copy and page structure

The number and complexity of pages, languages and copy follow the agreed brief. For a one-page website, the content and functionality determine the scope.

03

A finished, tested website

We build it for desktop and mobile. We check speed, readability, links, forms and the basic search setup.

04

A published, functioning website

After approval and payment of the balance, Vors publishes the website and checks the agreed functionality at its public address. This completes the website delivery.

04 / How it works

Clear steps. Timing to match the scope.

  1. 00
    Before starting

We agree the exact work, price, deadline and the person who will decide.

  2. 01
    Clarify the content

We choose the main customer, offer, order of information and next step.

  3. 02
Write and show the first version

We prepare the key copy and the first working version of the website.

  4. 03
    Build and test

We refine desktop, mobile, speed, search setup, forms and measurement.

  5. 04
    Approve, then publish

We include the agreed feedback. After approval and payment of the balance, we publish the website and verify its functionality live.

If agreed materials or approvals are late, the deadline moves too. New requirements receive their own price and schedule before work on them begins.

05 / Who provides what

To keep the agreed timeline realistic.

Vors

Asks, writes, designs and builds.

Vors leads the process, prepares the agreed copy, builds and tests the website, publishes it and verifies it at its public address.

You

Provide accurate information and decide.

You name one person with the final word, provide access, images and facts, and respond in two agreed feedback rounds.

06 / The website stays yours

You can continue using the website after our work together ends.

The domain, analytics and agreed accounts are held in your name. We agree in advance what belongs to you and what is used under licence.

When our work together ends, we provide the agreed access and materials needed to continue. Depending on the operating setup, we hand over the source code or account administration. Any move and deployment elsewhere are a separately agreed service.

07 / Price and agreement

Fair pricing starts with the right scope.

Vors starts with what matters most to your business. The website’s scope fits your needs and budget, with room for further development. You know the scope and fixed price before work begins.

Everything up front

One agreement without hidden hours.

The proposal states exactly what we deliver, what we need from you, when the website will be ready and the final price.

Changes only by agreement

A new request will not become a surprise invoice.

If something new appears during the work, we first agree the price and timing. Then you decide whether it belongs in the project.

08 / What needs a separate agreement

This offer has boundaries.

  • Online store
  • Customer portal
  • Application development
  • Complex internal-system integrations
  • Migration of hundreds of pages
  • New brand and visual identity
  • Ongoing content production
  • Long-term search management
  • Unlimited changes and support
  • Social media and advertising

09 / When the work is done

The website is published and its functionality is verified.

30 days after publication to fix defects

If something in the agreed work does not function as it should, we fix it without another invoice.

A new request is new work

An additional page, language or feature receives its own price and deadline before we begin.

  • the website works on mobile and desktop,
  • forms, links and buttons work,
  • the basic search setup is complete,
  • after analytics consent, movement towards contact can be measured,
  • the website is published and the agreed functionality is verified at its public address.
