Vors.studio

Triangulum v0.1 · Observation post

An external observation post outside the company

Vors observes a company from a distance and returns with what no one inside can see. It does not advocate, does not finish your sentences, does not take over power.

Vors.studio is an independent digital consultant based in Žilina, Slovakia, working with companies across Slovakia and Czechia. This work is usually called digital strategy, digital audit, consulting or fractional CDO. Vors does it from one position: from a distance, where the whole becomes visible.

Vors in one sentence

From a distance, you see the whole.

Inside, everyone sees their part. Vors stands outside and returns the view the company is missing. First conversation: 45 minutes, no pitch, no commitment.

Doctrine · three negative principles

An observer, not a consultant

  • It gives no answers before it looks. No playbook solutions. First the view, then the word.
  • It does not describe what you already know. A diagnostic that reveals nothing new is worthless.
  • It does not enter decisions that belong to you. It shows what it sees. The decision remains your sovereignty.

The entry moment · six situations

When distance makes sense

Vors is not for companies in crisis. It is for companies that work, yet something keeps slipping. If one of these sentences describes your year, you are in the right place.

  1. The numbers are not bad, but you can feel the waste. Margins hold, and still you know part of the company’s energy ends up in friction no one measures.
  2. Strategy lives in a document, operations go their own way. Data and decision-making have drifted apart. Reports exist; decisions happen elsewhere.
  3. You are past the capacity to understand your own operations. The company grew faster than your view of it. Not a failure — the physics of growth.
  4. What worked until now is no longer enough. A growth point. Channels saturate, the team repeats itself, the next step is not obvious.
  5. Multi-store, multi-market, several teams, no owner of the whole. Digital grows in parts and no one holds the architecture as one thing.
  6. The tech stack piled up without a plan. Support gets pricier, integrations break, the overview fades. Every tool once had a reason.

Triangulation · the method

How distance becomes a point

  1. Station: a position outside the company. The distance from which the whole is visible at once.
  2. Baseline: a known point the view leans on. What the company already knows about itself.
  3. Sighting beam: the act of looking. The beam that connects distance to structure.
  4. Fixed point: the fissure. The single amber spot: what Vors found.

Scope A–D

Four stations on the same whole

Marketing, performance and brand are the output of a system, not the subject. Vors looks deeper: at the structure that holds them.

  • A · Digital architecture: where decisions diverge from structure. Tech stack, integrations, data flows, the infrastructure of growth.
  • B · The product and its path: what the whole promises and what it really does. From concept through UX to onboarding and usage data.
  • C · The operating system of digital: where the system grinds against itself. Who, what, when. How it is measured, who owns the whole.
  • D · Data: what the numbers know and what they keep quiet. Which truth they tell, and which truth is missing.

Modes · how Vors enters

Four ways, one view

  • Diagnostic: observer. Three weeks of observation; Vors returns with what no one inside can see.
  • Anchor: architect of the digital function. A retainer, continuity of the view.
  • Pilot: solver of one problem. Fixed scope, from standpoint to bridge.
  • Advisory: strategic sparring partner. Regular distance for the owner.

What this is usually called

Vors does not use these names, but they show where it stands. The difference is in the holding: Vors observes and returns the view — it does not take over.

  • External digital consultant: Diagnostic · a view from a distance, not execution.
  • Digital strategy & consulting: Advisory · sparring for the owner’s decisions.
  • Digital & marketing audit: Diagnostic · three weeks, a standpoint and the fissures.
  • Interim / fractional CMO·CDO: Anchor · continuity of the digital function.
  • E-commerce / Shopify consultant: Pilot or Anchor · the architecture of the store, not campaign management.
  • Digital transformation for SMBs: Anchor · change led from inside the system, not from a slide deck.
