The same principle we teach clients: collect only what genuinely serves, and be able to explain it in plain words. Here is what Vors.studio processes, why, and what rights you have.

Traffic measurement (Google Analytics 4). Only if you consent do we measure anonymous statistics about how the site is used: pages visited, time on page, device type, approximate location (city or region level, not a precise address), and where you arrived from. It exists so we understand what is useful to visitors. We do not tie this data to your name and do not use it for advertising.
Contact form. If you write to us through the form on the Contact page, we process your name, e-mail and message so we can reply and possibly arrange a conversation. We use this data solely to communicate with you.
We store no measurement cookies without consent. Google Analytics sets cookies (for example _ga, _ga_<ID>) only once you grant consent. They distinguish sessions and returning visits and typically last up to 13 months. Until consent, measurement runs in a cookieless mode that stores nothing identifying on your device.
The site also keeps your display preferences (light/dark theme, language, your consent choice) in the browser's local storage. These are technically necessary, never leave your device, and are not used for tracking.
The measurement provider is Google Ireland Ltd., which acts as a processor for Google Analytics and may process data on servers outside the EU (the USA). Google safeguards these transfers with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework. E-mails from the contact form are delivered by our hosting provider in Slovakia.
We process measurement on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. Contact-form communication rests on our legitimate interest in replying and on pre-contractual steps (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Statistical data in Google Analytics is retained for at most 14 months. E-mail communication is kept for as long as needed to handle your request, at most 24 months, unless we agree otherwise.
You have the right to access your data, to rectify or erase it, to restrict processing, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. If you believe we process data unlawfully, you may lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (dataprotection.gov.sk). You can exercise your rights via the contacts in section 01.
You can change your measurement choice at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was withdrawn.
